Cancel an order

At NovDeal, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Here’s how you can cancel your order easily:

Conditions

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been shipped.

• If your order is already being processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can request a return once the item has been delivered.

How to cancel

1. Log in to My Account > Orders.

2. Select the order you wish to cancel.

3. Click Cancel My Order (if the option is still available).

4. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is approved.

Refunds

• If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Already shipped

• If your order has already been shipped, you can either refuse the package at delivery or request a return once you receive the item (see our Returns page for details).
