Having trouble with your password? Here’s how to fix it quickly.
Forgot your password

Go to My Account > Forgot Password.

Enter the email address linked to your account.

You’ll receive an email with a reset link.

Follow the link and choose a new secure password.
Change your password while logged in

Go to My Account > Security (or Personal Information) > Change Password.

Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm.
Didn’t receive the reset email?

Check your spam/junk folder.

Make sure you entered the correct email address.

If nothing arrives after a few minutes, submit a new request.

If the issue continues, contact support.
Password security tips

Use a unique password with at least 8 characters, mixing letters, numbers, and symbols.

Avoid simple words or easy-to-guess dates.

Change your password regularly and don’t reuse it across multiple sites.

Remember: we will never ask for your password by email or message.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If available, enable 2FA in My Account > Security for extra protection.
