Cancellation Conditions
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped.
If the order is already being prepared or has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel it. In this case, you can request a return once you have received the item.
How do I cancel my order?
Log in to your My Account > Orders area.
Select the order you wish to cancel.
Click on Cancel my order (if the option is still available).
You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been validated.
Refunds
If you cancel within the allowed time frame, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
