When is a refund issued?

Order cancellation: If your cancellation is confirmed before the order is shipped, the refund is issued immediately.

Returns: Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Faulty or damaged items: These cases are prioritized — the refund is issued once validated, or a replacement may be offered.
Refund method

Refunds are always made to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless otherwise agreed.

If your original payment method is no longer available, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative (bank transfer, store credit, etc.).
Processing time

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after validation.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you don’t see the refund after 15 business days, please contact our customer support team.
Refund amount and exceptions

The refund covers the product price plus applicable taxes.

Return shipping fees may be deducted if stated in our policy (except for faulty or damaged items, or if the error is ours).

If a discount or promotion was applied to your order, the refund will follow the same rules and may be adjusted proportionally.
What if my refund is delayed?

If it shows “Refunded” but you don’t see the funds in your bank account, contact your bank directly.
