• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.

• Some items (hygiene products, underwear, personalized goods) cannot be returned.

2. Select the order you wish to return and click Request a Return.

3. Our team will send you the instructions and the return address.

• Return shipping costs may be charged to the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

Refunds

• Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
