At NovDeal, tracking your order is quick and easy.
How to track your package

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

You can also find the tracking number in My Account > Orders.

Click the tracking link to view the delivery status and estimated delivery date.
Important information

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Some international carriers may provide fewer details, but your package is still in transit.

If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave instructions (e.g. rescheduled delivery or pickup at a local point).
No updates showing?

First, check My Account > Orders and your emails (including the spam folder).

Wait 48–72 hours after shipment; if nothing changes, please contact our support team.
Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, or if there is a significant delay, contact us with your order number and details.
