Tracking your item

At NovDeal, we want you to track your order easily and with full transparency.

How does it work?

• As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

• This number is also available in your My Account > Orders section.

• Simply click on the tracking link to see where your package is and get an estimated delivery date.

Good to know

• Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours after shipment to appear.

• Some international carriers may display fewer details, but rest assured that your package is still in transit.

• If you don’t see any updates after several days, please contact our customer support for verification.

We only work with trusted carriers to ensure you are informed at every step of your delivery.
