When can I request a refund?
Order cancellation: If your order is cancelled before it ships, a full refund is issued immediately.
Returns: If you return an item in its original condition within the allowed period, you are eligible for a refund.
Faulty or damaged items: If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will process your refund (or offer a replacement) as soon as your request is approved.
How are refunds issued?
Refunds are sent to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless another solution is agreed upon.
If your original payment method is no longer active, we will contact you to arrange an alternative (such as bank transfer or store credit).
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–7 business days for the money to appear in your account.
Refund amount
You will be refunded the product price and applicable taxes.
Return shipping fees may be deducted if they apply (unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error).
For discounted or promotional items, refunds are calculated according to the price paid.

If your refund shows as “completed” but you do not see it in your bank account, please contact your bank or payment provider.
